- Local Post Office: Sometimes, packages are held at the local post office if you were not available to receive them.

Our delivery services do not operate on public holidays. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We deliver to most postcodes across Pakistan. To check if we deliver to your area, simply enter your postcode during the checkout process. If your postcode is outside our delivery zone, you will receive a notification.
Next-day delivery is available on select items and to certain locations. During the checkout process, you will see if next-day delivery is an option for your order. Please note that next-day delivery is not available on public holidays and weekends.
Yes, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure that your package is safely received. If you are not available, our delivery partner may leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or where to collect your package.
